Winn’s ultimate goal is to create the ideal grip for every golfer to maximize their enjoyment of the game. So how do we accomplish that?
It begins with using polymer grip technology rather than rubber. As the pioneer of polymer golf grips, Winn does not believe in using rubber where the grip touches the hands. Instead, Winn has invented multiple polymer compounds that are more tacky and comfortable to play with than traditional rubber. These polymers are each formulated differently to achieve a wide spectrum of firmnesses, textures and weights to suit any type of golfer.
Polymer grip materials are inherently more comfortable, tacky and shock absorbing than rubber. It is Winn’s belief that if we can create extremely comfortable and slip-resistant grips that produce less stress on the hands and body, players will be able to lighten their grip pressure as well as play more often, resulting in tension-free swings that produce better results and ultimately lead to more hours of enjoyment on the course.
